Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your options.

1. Your Right to a Refund

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase on all digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date.

This policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. How Digital Content Affects Your Cancellation Right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day cancellation period when purchasing digital content. However, when you consent to begin downloading or accessing digital content during the cancellation period, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once the download or access begins.

During our checkout process, you will be asked to provide explicit consent to begin receiving the digital content immediately. By providing this consent and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right is waived upon delivery of the digital content.

Notwithstanding the above statutory position, we voluntarily offer our 14-day satisfaction refund as described in Section 1. This means that even after you have downloaded and reviewed the Product, you may still request a refund within 14 days if you are genuinely dissatisfied.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at contact@ridgelinecyber.com with the following information: the email address used for the purchase, the product name and date of purchase, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within two business days and process approved refunds within five business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Conditions

We process refund requests in good faith. We reserve the right to decline a refund or restrict future purchases if we identify a pattern of abuse, such as repeatedly purchasing products, downloading them, and requesting refunds.

Refund eligibility applies to the original purchaser only. We cannot process refunds for purchases made through third parties or for products that have been obtained outside of our official website.

5. Products Purchased in Bundles

If you purchased a product as part of a bundle or promotional package, the refund applies to the entire bundle at the full bundle price. We do not offer partial refunds on individual items within a bundle.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. If you believe a Product is not as described, not fit for purpose, or of unsatisfactory quality, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regardless of the timeframes set out in this policy.
